- The praetor who shall have given previous notice in the matter of apportionment under this law shall, to the best of his ability, see to it that he have all the said details, consistent with his previous notice, written out and posted up in the Forum publicly where they can be accurately read from the level ground for the greater part of the day until the day when payment shall have been made . . . the praetor who shall have made the said apportionment shall, throughout the next . . . days after the day on which the apportionment shall have been made, keep it written out in the Forum publicly where it can be accurately read from the level ground.
