      A first sporocyst generation and two reiae generations are then developed, and, finally, there erupt from the snail characteristic lophocercous (i.e., keeled) cercaria (Fig. 173) , with pigmented eye-spots, abundant penetration glands and a distinctive anterior end, having an antero-ventral mouth and a pair of clustered openings for the penetration gland.
