1. (informal, somewhat derogatory) The point in time by which it is perceived that a gay man has aged beyond his attractiveness, stereotypically at age 30 or even younger.

2. (slang, offensive) Acquired immune deficiency syndrome, AIDS.

This concept is associated with the stereotype of gay men frequently lying about their age, in order to delay this "gay death".
