  1. Forms the inceptive converb, suffixed to back stems ending in vowels or voiced consonants: since
    ‎оқы- (oqy-, “to read”) + ‎-ғалы (-ğaly) → ‎оқығалы (oqyğaly, “since one read”)
    Мен мына кітап оқығалы көп жыл өтті.
    Men myna kıtap oqyğaly köp jyl öttı.
    Many years have passed since I read this book.
