Usage notes

Jiruhe notes that 𘬈WHITE appears in line 21 of the Epitaph for Yelü Zhixian 耶律智先 (1094) in 𘮧𘭨𘬈 p.y.WHITE, a variant spelling of female nobility title 𘮧𘭨𘱁𘮡 p.y.z.iú (Chinese 別胥 biéxū), implying that 𘬈 WHITE corresponds to 𘱁𘮡 z.iu ~ s.iu. Wu (2022) proposes the reading [siu] or [su]. Its dotted form 𘬉 (number 005) likely has the same pronunciation.[1]
