Cognate with Dolgan һыт- (hıt-), Tuvan чыт- (çıt-), Western Yugur yaʰt-, Khakas чат- (çat-), Shor чат-, Chulym чадарға (čadarɣa), Southern Altai јат- (ǰat-), Kyrgyz жат- (jat-), Kazakh жат- (jat-), Bashkir ят- (yat-), Uzbek yot-, Turkmen ýat-, Turkish yat-, etc.
