Istana Louvre (bahasa Perancis: Palais du Louvre) adalah sebuah istana diraja terletak di antara Taman Bunga Tuileries dan gereja Saint-Germain l'Auxerrois di Tebing Kanan sungai Seine pusat kota Paris, Perancis. Pekarangan istana ini dibina dari zaman pertengahan, dan struktur kininya telah berkembang bertahap-tahap sejak abad keenam belas.
Istana ini merupakan tempat persemayaman raja-raja yang memerintah Perancis sehinggalah Raja Louis XIV berpindah ke istana baharunya pada 1682, namun Louvre tetap menjadi tempat bersidang kerajaan rasmi hingga berakhirnya Ancien Régime pada 1789. Sejak itu, istana ini telah merumahkan Musée du Louvre yang termasyhur dan juga pelbagai jabatan kerajaan.
