W. Dean Eastman

Weston Dean Eastman (February 22, 1948 - March 13, 2025) was a nationally known educator and writer who instituted numerous innovative "hands-on" classroom teaching approaches and helped initiate a number of collaborations between numerous historical archives and public schools.

Eastman received many awards and honors during his long career.
