Samsung Commercial Vehicles (Korean: 삼성상용차, IPA: [samsʌŋ saŋjoŋtɕʰa]) was a South Korean trucks, bus and construction equipment manufacturer established by the Samsung Group in 1996 and closed in 2000 as a result of the 1997 Asian financial crisis. The company was formed through a corporate spin-off from Samsung Heavy Industries.
