Kent Lovern

Kent Lovern is an American prosecutor and politician from Wisconsin who has served as the Milwaukee County District Attorney since January 6, 2025. Lovern was elected without opposition in the 2024 general election, running as a Democrat. Prior to his election as district attorney, Lovern was a career prosecutor and the longtime chief deputy to his predecessor John Chisholm.
