Hannah Island (Danish: Hannah Ø) is an island of the Nares Strait, Greenland. Administratively it belongs to the Avannaata municipality.
Hannah Island was named after Hannah (Tookoolito), an Inuk guide who accompanied Charles Francis Hall in the 1871 Polaris expedition.
