Balai Dey (Bengali: বলাই দে; born 11 October 1946) is an Indian former footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is one of the few footballers who represented the two nations, India and Pakistan, in international football.
In July 2022, Dey was conferred with Lifetime Achievement Award by Mohun Bagan.
