Angel Rubio (born April 12, 1975) is an American former professional football defensive end who played one season with the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the seventh round of the 1998 NFL draft after playing college football at Southeast Missouri State University. He was also a member of the San Francisco 49ers, Cincinnati Bengals, Orlando Predators, Las Vegas Outlaws, Detroit Fury, Dallas Desperados, and Austin Wranglers.
